Complaints and Returns

Return of goods

1. Contact us by phone or via the contact form available on the "contact" subpage to inform us of your wish to return the item.
2. Complete and send the withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically to kontakt@loreza.pl .
3. Pack the returned product (we will be grateful if it is in the original packaging) and include the return/withdrawal form and the original or a copy of the receipt (or invoice) in the package.
4. Send the package to the following address:

With the note "Return"

REMEMBER:

  • Returns are at your own expense. This cost is non-refundable.
  • Opened and used goods in the case of cosmetics and perfumes are not returnable.
  • Do not send us cash on delivery parcels or parcel lockers - such parcels will not be collected.
  • Due to the security of the shipment and the speed of its delivery, we recommend sending the goods back via a courier company or using the postal option "Confirmation of posting" / "Registered parcel".
 

Complaint about goods

1. Contact us by phone or via the contact form available on the "contact" subpage to inform us of your wish to make a complaint about the goods.
2. Download and complete the complaint form. Completing all fields and accurately describing the subject of your complaint (including the irregularities and when they occurred) will allow us to process your complaint more efficiently.
3. Pack the product you are complaining about (we will be grateful if it is in its original packaging) and include the complaint form and the original or copy of the receipt (or invoice) in the package.
4. Send the package to the following address:

With the note "Complaint"

The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product in question.
